My husband was making this simple smoothie the other night and joked with me that it was good enough to put on my blog. He said he was even going to bulk it out with some carrot. Well, whatever works that gets him to eat a little raw carrot! ?
It turns out he was right. This recipe is too delicious not to share!
Healthy Mango Smoothie Ingredients
- Orange Juice
- Pineapple Juice
Basically, this healthy mango smoothie is not only packed with flavor but nutrients as well. Carrots and mango come together to give this powerhouse smoothie a really good kick of beta-carotene also known as Vitamin A. Not to mention it also features banana and orange juice making it loaded with potassium and Vitamin C.
But don’t think because it’s full of vitamins it’s not delicious.

I love to make green smoothies that are full of leaves and vegetables and then he has this thing where he can make a smoothie that tastes better than Jamba Juice (and is healthier too!)
You will LOVE this simple mango smoothie without yogurt. However, if you want to add protein yogurt would be a good addition.

Healthy Mango Smoothie with Carrot
This mango smoothie is not only delicious but incredibly healthy! Mango, orange juice, banana, carrots, and pineapple juice load this smoothie with flavor.
- 1 cup Frozen Mango
- 1/2 Banana
- 2 Carrots small - medium
- 1/3 cup Orange Juice
- 1/3 cup Pineapple Juice
Mix all above ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
