Baby Led Weaning Banana Bread

- 2 Cups oats can also use 1 cup oats, 1 cup almond flour*
- 3 bananas mashed
- 3/4 cup pitted dates
- 3 tbsp coconut oil melted
- 1/2 cup Yogurt
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Put oats in food processor. Process into a flour consistency.
Mash bananas. Add the remaining ingredients.
Process until the dates are blended.
Grease a bread pan. Pour into pan and bake for 55-60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
*You can substitute 1 cup of oat flour for almond flour if you would like a higher protein/fat content or to introduce almonds to your baby.
