Baby Led Weaning Pancakes

These baby led weaning pancakes are a the perfect breakfast to serve to your little ones. Featuring oats, bananas, and eggs they are easy and healthy for your family.

Equipment

  • High Speed Blender (such as vitamix)

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Oats
  • 4 Bananas
  • 6 Eggs
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into high speed blender or food processor and blend on high until thoroughly mixed.
  • Preheat a greased skillet or nonstick griddle on medium heat.
  • Pour approx 1/4 cup batter into skillet per pancake and cook until small bubbles form. Flip and cook until golden brown.
