Ingredients

  • 2 cups oats
  • 1 1/3 cup pumpkin puree canned
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup medjool dates
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • chocolate chips optional

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Grease or line muffin pan.
  • Mix ingredients in food processor or highspeed blender.
  • Spoon mixture into muffin tins.
  • Bake 15-20 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean.
