Baby French Toast

- 2 slices bread whole grain
- 1/4 cup applesauce
- 1 egg
- cinnamon to taste
Whisk together the egg, applesauce, and cinnamon until well blended in a bowl large enoug to hold a slice of bread.
Add a slice of bread to the bowl and turn over after it has soaked some mixture. Coat both sides well.
Heat a nonstick pan (I use cast iron) on medium and add french toast. Fry until slightly brown usually between 2-3 minutes. Flip and repeat on other side.
Slice bread into strips for baby.
