King Arthur website has some www flour recipes. You can call King Arther customer service and talk with a baker and he or she can tell you how to substitute White Whole Wheat for All Purpose flour in recipes. You just add a little more water/liquid per cup of www flour. They can give you details. 1-800-827-6836
Also you can use WWW and AP flours together; 50/50 25/75 and work up to 100% WWW flour.
