The Best Fitness Gifts for Exercise Lovers
Are you looking for the best fitness gifts for her or the perfect fitness gifts for men? Either way we’ve got you covered! These gifts for exercise lovers are sure to be a hit!
I love the FlipBelt my sister-in-law got me a few years ago for Christmas! It stays up really well for runs, has a clip so I won’t lose my key, and my iPhone 6s fits in it well. I’ve had it several years and it hasn’t seemed to stretch out at all and is holding up really well. This is easily one of the best fitness gifts I’ve ever received!
Any fitness lover will enjoy playing Spike ball on a nice day! This has been on my personal wish list for a few years as I love to stay active with yard games at family get-togethers.
I splurged on these headphones a few years ago, and they get (almost) daily use now by both me and my husband! In fact, he has been wanting a pair of his own because he loves them so much. I used to have trouble keeping headphones in my ears, especially when running, but don’t have that problem with these as they come with different size ends. They are sweat and weather resistant so no worries if it rains, And of course, being Bose, the sound quality is amazing.
We have an older version of these Bodylastic resistance bands. We learned the hard way starting out that you don’t want cheap resistance bands (they do snap!) However, we have had these 8 years and so far no snapping! Resistance bands would make a great fitness gift for someone who is new to exercising and just getting started at home. They are even great for those who travel frequently because they are light weight and stow away easily in a duffel or suitcase.
You can’t beat the price on these blender balls. They are perfect if you are looking for fitness gifts under $10. (I think they are such a good and uncommon idea that they are actually on my Healthy Stocking Stuffers list as well.) I guarantee your fit friend will love these for mixing up protein shakes on the go. It gets rid of the clumps better than using a spoon or just shaking, so your shakes go down smooth with an even consistency.
I love S’ip by S’well water bottles! They have so many cute designs, but who doesn’t love riding a bike? This one is sure to be a hit with your fitness lover. (You can also find this brand of water bottles at Target.)
I love my Spoonk Accupressure mat. I use it many nights before I go to bed, but it feels especially good on sore back and neck muscles after a good workout or run.
We have one of these Thera Canes and it is really good to get to those hard to reach aches and pains that sometimes pop up from lifting weights, running, or just life. Save your (or your significant other’s) hands the trouble. This cane allows you to provide just the right amount of pressure with minimal effort anywhere on your body.
Hand and toe warmers are one of the best fitness gifts for hikers and campers! A cold fall or winter hike feel so much better if your toes are toasty.
High Budget Fitness Gifts
If you’ve been following my blog and have read some of my posts on fitness, then you know how much my husband and I love our adjustable dumbbells. They have saved us thousands of dollars in gym memberships and allow me to workout at home as a new mom. If I had to narrow all of these gifts down to the one that has impacted my fitness the most, it’s this one.
GPS /Heart Rate Monitor Watch or Apple Watch Series 3 -GPS
I prefer to remain disconnected most of the time, but I do have an Apple Watch that I use for heart rate monitoring and running. I love it because I love having the ability to make a call quickly when out on a run. However, it’s worth mentioning, I do prefer the GPS running system of my old Garmin watch. Still, I’m pleased with the apple watch, and if you like daily activity tracking, you’ll love it.
