Interesting about the color. Some Pompeian olive oil has the North American Olive Oil Association seal, so it may be ok! I noticed at Fresh Thyme last week that their store brand has a seal and it was on sale for a really good price!

I was shocked to know that there are food frauds around in olive oil products! Thanks for this post!
